My past research work has been mostly about autoimmune and inflammatory disorders and infections leading to disordered immunity enhancing rejections in recent transplant recipients. I did a project to elucidate T and B cell disorder in FSGS patients using flowcytometric analysis. I am especially interested in immune cell function assays and is planning to setup the facility here at Indus where I have recently joined.
Previously I was working at Sindh Institute of Urology and Transplantation (SIUT), Karachi, Pakistan
