Tell us about yourself and your research interests:
I am a future Medical Immunologist who is passionate about medical research in the fields of oncology & Immunotherapy. I am currently a Postgraduate student studying in the field of Medical Immunology where we are focusing on both diagnostic and molecular research on different topics. My goal is to pursue a career in Cancer related topics like Immunotherapy where genetics and immunological therapies and infectious diseases come together. I am passionate about helping people in ways and solutions that are challenging for future generations. Research has shown me many ways in which treatments and aids can be different from conventional therapies. Being able to make a difference in people’s lives with each of the solutions is a lifelong goal. I enjoy volunteering for a variety of organisations, including my university, and engaging with patients who have survived cancer, relatives of those who have passed away due to cancer, or even advising and mentoring current patients. My skills include the use of specialized equipment to measure and document results, adherence to procedures and quality standards with a focus on accuracy, multitasking, and the ability to collaborate with others. I am patient-focused, am highly organized, and am proficient in both verbal and written communication.
